The Geocentric Manager appointed to the SICID is Ralph van der Brock.<\/li>\n<li><b>Geocentric <\/b>has been involved in the establishment of CID\u2019s for over 12 years, including the establishment of the City\u2019s very first CID \u2013 The Cape Town Central City Improvement District (CCID) and our neighbouring Voortrekker Road City Improvement District (VRCID).<\/li>\n<li><b>Zonewatch <\/b>incorporating <b>Pinewatch <\/b>is the company appointed to provide the public safety services for the SICID.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The SICID Vision<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The vision of the SICID is to establish and maintain a safe, clean and well-managed industrial area that attracts and retains industrial and retail business operators.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The SICID Mission<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>It is the mission of the SICID to create an accessible and inviting industrial area attractive and safe for workers, visitors and clients alike.<\/p>\n<p>To help us achieve our goal of, a Safer \u2013 Cleaner \u2013 and a Business Friendly environment we humbly request that you implement the following good practices:<\/p>\n<p>Only put out refuse wheelie bins on relevant bin day (Thursday)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Do Not overfill bins.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Do Not leave recyclables outside your premises for collection by vagrants.<\/p>\n<p>For public safety emergencies contact the Zonewatch Control Room on <b>086 15 15 800<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Please report suspicious persons to our Public Safety Manager \u2013 Roy (083\u00a0583 6099).<\/p>\n<p>Please report all broken\/missing infra-structure defects \u2013 eg.
